As
a retired Park Ranger Jeff has had the opportunity to work in several
national parks early in his career. He has worked in the nation's
crown jewels such as Glacier, Grand Teton, Sequoia, Lassen, Olympic,
Everglades, Glen Canyon, and Bryce Canyon National Parks.
These experiences expanded his love for the outdoors and led him
to Montana where he hopes he can help others locate their perfect
home or recreation property.
After retiring from the Park Service, Jeff immersed
himself into the real estate industry by apprenticing as an appraiser
in the Flathead Valley area of Montana. During this time, Jeff secured
his real estate license and represented clients in northwestern
Montana prior to moving to the Gallatin Valley and Bozeman, Montana
where he now resides.
Jeff has been a Realtor since 1997 and is currently
a licensed Montana Real Estate Broker based out of Bozeman, Montana.
Bozeman brought him to the area because of its proximity to some
of the finest trout waters, scenery, and style of living the area
has to offer. And in addition to being a fanatic about trout
and float fishing, he is also extremely supportive of smart growth
and planning for Montana in general and the Gallatin, Flathead,
and Paradise Valleys in particular.
Jeff's passion has become investing in real estate,
and he has owned investment property in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana,
and Costa Rica.
In regard to his credentials, he belongs to all
of the organizations and societies that all of the other realtors
belong to, so the thing that sets him apart is his desire to keep
his brokerage firm small and responsive to the buyer or seller with
special needs. Jeff believes every client deserves special one-on-one
attention to find that special property.
He would eagerly accept the opportunity to represent
you in the prospects of securing your own piece of the beautiful
place we call Montana; whether it be investment property, recreational
property, ranch or farm property, or your own home. Give Jeff a
call and let him help you find your dream property.
